Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar in now under the talented passionate ownership of internationally experience Andrea Ravezzani. Andrea has been managing Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar for the past 12 months, and officially took ownership on May 25.
Andrea is no stranger to the Noosa restaurant scene, as former head chef of Locale (and Lindoni’s prior), as well as extensive culinary training in Italy and beyond. Andrea has received a number of prestigious awards including a bronze medal in the Italian Cup culinary completion, silver at the Gastronomia Expo regional completion and bronze at the world culinary completion.
He has also owned and managed successful restaurants in Milan, where he received two five-star reviews in La Gola in Tusca, a well known dining guide.
The new Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar menu will by distinctively Italian with a focus on local produce, and complemented by an extensive wine list featuring Italian, Australian and international wines.
Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar will also be hosting regular Degustation dinners, winemaker dinners and guest chef dinners.
